Hemp Stories is an online apparel store based in Chiangmai, inspired by the love of local woven fabric and a number of skillful craftswomen and artisans in community. After a year of seeking materials that is high in quality, breathable and suitable for all ages and all seasons, we started to study the unique properties of Hemp, visit the farm, and learn the production of Hemp fabric from Hmong (ethnic group) people. Eventually, we decided to form “Hemp Stories” as a Community Enterprise producing Hemp Clothing on the basis of high quality, fairness and eco-friendly production. Most of our products are designed with the concept of slow fashion, minimalism and simplicity because we would like our products to be the best choice for your everyday lifestyle. All of the Hemp Stories’ products are made from Fabric based on Hemp Fibers and we have 3 types of materials which are

(2) 100%-refined Hemp

Hemp Fibers' Special Properties

Hemp Fibers have specific strength and amazing properties which are known to

keep you cool and dry in summer and warm in winter. Hemp is three times stronger

than cotton, very durable and UV resistant, softens with each washing without

fiber degradation. Therefore, it will not fade or disintegrate from sunlight as quickly as

other natural fibers.
